[Lowfer] WMS back on the air

Hi Paul. I can confirm 185301.5 Hz with an estimated measurement accuracy
of +/- 0.02 Hz at the start of the capture, though the carrier frequency
seems to overlaid with a very slow drift of approximately +0.04/-0.0 Hz.

In the attached image (60-sec slow mode), there is an upward bow visible.
The slope of the downward trend at the end is a little steeper than the
upward trend at the start. However, some of that same downward shift is
visible on the trace of SIW at the bottom, so I believe at least part of the
negative slope is due to temperature changes in the car after 10 o'clock.
(I did a simultaneous capture of SIW in 30-sec slow mode which verifies that
there is not actually a bow on the SIW trace; only a downward turn near the
end. The SIW shot and another featuring MP and XES will be in a later
post.)

Glad you're feeling better and are back on the air!

John
