[Lowfer] 137 kHz activity

QRN was down last night here and had good copy of MP and XES using ARGO 
QRSS30, slow tuned to 137.78 kHz. Sunrise conditions west were up a bit 
as DGPS #881, Pt Loma, CA decoded nicely, even though high-powered NDB 
NY on 350 kHz, Enderby BC was rather anemic.
