[Lowfer] Good conditions to west

Pre-sunrise conditions in NE IL were pretty good to the west. No west 
coast Navtex stations were decoded on 518 kHz but DGPS was a different 
story. 287 kHz, MT; 291 kHz, NM; 294 kHz, OR; 300 kHz, WA; 303 kHz, UT; 
312 kHz, NV; 313 kHz, MT; 316 kHz, WA; and 321 kHz, CA all decoded. 
Also, NDB MOG on 404 kHz at -1050 Hz with 8.03 second interval came 
through nicely. Didn't see any sign of LLD, HI on 353 kHz though.
