Hu Guys,

I'm getting different answers from websites to my query as to mark and space tones
for SITOR-B, with no clear consensus of which is high and which is low.  I know that
it really doesn't matter, as pressing the reverse button will fix a wrong setting.

BUT

To satisfy my curiosity, what is the convention for the frequencies, mark the lower
of the two, or mark the higher of the two?
