According to Grahams last post to me, He is running in ROS MF-7
with 100 watts to the ant. and will do so untill 00:00 UTC..
At that time, he will switch to ROS MF-1, and QRO to 400 watts
to the antenna for the rest of the night.. All transmissions are
in ROS Beacon mode..
Again, the software download link if you need it is:
http://rosmodem.wordpress.com/
Unzip the folder however your OS does so, then open the folder
and Click the ROS Install icon.. It does not alter your OS in any
way, it only places a ROS folder in the program files area that
contains the " Configuration Settings " for your ROS setup..
Open the ROS folder and click on the ROS 6.3.8 BETA icon, then you
can close the folder.. Set ROS's Frequency to 500 KHz MF, and then
in the software window; make sure the RX is set to either 7/1 or
just " 1 " only for overnight..
Set your dial to 500 KHz - USB, and the signal will be 1500 Hz higher,
just like WSPR reception.. The ROS signal will be 100 cycles wide..
Good luck if you try, and 73 to all
