Copied traces of WMS here over night, but not nearly as well as JD. Best 
signal was around 0845Z, probably because the storms to the SE were 
dissipating by then. That allowed decent copy of EMP on 185.591 kHz CW 
at 0915Z. I looked much earlier for XES on 137.441 kHz and the WOLF 
signal first decoded around 0230Z, despite QRP and QRN.

Although QRN was an issue, basic propagation was improved here over that 
of the last several days. DGPS stations in California on 321 kHz, 100 
baud and Panama on 302 kHz, 200 baud decoded, as did the usual Navtex 
sources.
