[Lowfer] wms back on

Copied WMS here in SE Kansas at 2:43 AM CDT/0743 UTC.  Tuned in in mid-W, as 
it turns out.  Following this ID, I switched to 60 second mode, but after 
another "WM" either the band collapsed toward Arkansas for about half an 
hour, or the static got worse.  SIW also suffered during the same time, but 
not quite as much.

Down at 137 tonight, powerhouse MP came through fine, but no sign of anyone 
else.
