[Lowfer] 137 kHz

Good signals from MP, 137.7805 kHz, QRSS30 and XGJ, 137.7798 kHz, QRSS60 
in the evening around 0300Z. A DFCW signal with 0.1 Hz shift became 
noticeable around 0500Z on 137.777 kHz. Presumably this was VO1NA. The 
signal was better into the F1AFJ grabber.
