[Lowfer] SIW in Friendsville, TN.

Pretty noisy last night, but let the rig run in the wateringhole while
snoozing.. In a twist of occurence, SIW which is normally am all nighter,
took a nose dive, and never recovered. I started monitoring about 05:15
UTC, and SIW faded completely by 07:35 UTC.
And despite the noisy conditions; WMS rolled in !!! More in the next email.
