[Lowfer] DSCDecoder Question

Bill,

I seldom buy software but I did purchase DSCDecoder in 2008. The
"Verified by Visa" requirement caused some confusion but it was quickly
straightened out through email exchanges with info at coaa.co.uk. The
software handles DGPS decodes very well. Weak, noisy signals produce
occasional false decode but they're obvious. When I bought the software
MultiPSK had severely time-limited DGPS decode ability. As of Version
4.16, it's still a "professional" limited mode unless a license is
purchased. I considered doing that at one time but found the procedure
so complicated/unclear (sort of in line with the GUI, hi!) I gave up.

While DSCDecoder has a Navtex choice SeaTTY is the best decoder I know
of for Navtex. It's wasn't free either but well worth the cost.
