[Lowfer] Beacon comments

I'm now running a Hifer beacon (13.5554 MHz, CW then QRSS3) to a dipole 
antenna, roughly broadside to E-W. When used for receive the dipole 
shows more noise than my triband beam, but the dipole fails to copy 
hifer NC when the beam does. Perhaps that's because NC is off the ends 
of the dipole but it may also be that the dipole balun is messed up. 
I'll try to borrow an antenna analyzer to check this.

I'm copying LF beacons EAR and MP right now so the hifer beacon doesn't 
seem to desense LF reception. Since HF propagation dies over night I'll 
probably only run the hifer beacon during the day. Then I can be sure my 
LF monitoring is unaffected.
