[Lowfer] L/c meter for $35 on ebay

You have got to be kidding!  It says you must zero the meter before testing 
a cap or inductor or you risk damaging it's PC board!  How long do you think 
it will take before you forget to do this?  I would not want to own 
something with that stipulation.  I don't have to worry about this with my 
AADE LC meter.

Could have used it just the other day. Wanted to measure stray tank C in a 
pr 3-500Z amplifier.
Battery power, small size and ability to measure small C values would have 
made it ideal for that
application.
