Andy, I looked some more for your SMT-HELL signal and found it easily 
around 0500Z. Unfortunately, it was so unstable in frequency that only 
the tilde and an "X" came through legibly, at first. The signal began 
centered around about 185.146 kHz but by 0530Z it began a slow, 
substantial drift upward to about 185.149 kHz. It them resumed a very 
slow drift further upward so that by 0740Z it was at nearly 185.152 kHz. 
At that time "tilde X R"... was nicely visible but the drift was so 
severe it placed some of the letters above the tuning span of even the 
extended range ARGO window.
