OK Jon.  HLB is what Warren said it was.  I just didn't know there was 
still voice transmissions on NDB transmitters.  Years ago there was a 
voice wx station somewhere on the gulf coastline.  The name escapes me.  
Was it Grand Island, LA?  The freq was just above 190 kHz I think.  I 
was using a Palomar VLF converter connected to a SB-301 at that time.  
I've still got those items somewhere in storage.  I need to dig them out 
and see how that combination compares to the SDR-IQ running SDR-Radio to 
see if there is a difference in reception :)
