[Lowfer] 254 kHz last evening

The noise at the end is the new power meter that sends data over the 
power lines back to a substation about 5 miles away.  From there the 
data is sent to the utility by a means yet to be learned.  It burps data 
at approximately 4 hour intervals.  The PLC signal even trips two of my 
UPS units.
