Well I wish I had a more reliable method, like the presence of a unique 
subcarrier or something. Perhaps that's possible but if so I don't know 
about it.

What I do is look at the schedule presented by NAVTEXvw V4.1, free 
software. At 1240Z, NMB, Savannah, GA is to come on and that usually 
wipes others out for quite awhile because it seldom keys down in 10 
minutes. Honolulu also is to come up at 1240Z and it also usually stays 
on longer than 10 minutes. This morning NMB powered down early (yeah!) 
and NMF, Boston and NMQ, Long Beach weren't on after 1250Z which was 
when I looked with SeaTTY. Conditions to the west were good based on NDB 
LLD. It would be nice to think that the waterfall trace I saw was from 
CBY, Easter Island but that's dreaming, hi. Anyway, the few characters I 
got were English and I assume CBY sends Spanish like Puerto Montt.
