[Lowfer] LF WSPR and WA2XRM

Decodes this evening from WD2XSH/17 down in the newly assigned 
experimental spectrum (dial at 473.5 kHz, USB) and WD2XSH/7, WD2XSH/12, 
and WD2XSH/15 with the dial at the usual 494.4 kHz, USB setting.

Also, see WA2XRM sending "RW" via QRSS10 on 479.760 kHz is coming in 
well, though with some noticeable frequency instability (see attachment).
