Hi Kurt,
For some reason a part of the TACAMO test transmissions are sent in
a more standard 50 baud 50Hz RTTY format in plain English. Even 
then the words are sent in code groups.
 
You can bet if it was a real situation they would probably switch to
their new wideband digital mode fully encrypted.
