I believe you are right.. Calculating the time to send VX9MRC in
QRSS-3 mode takes 252 seconds ( 4 min. 12 sec. ) I roughly counted
the ticks ( hard to do, and keep track of how many I counted ), and
came up with 4 min. ( 240 sec. ).. I had Spectran set to scroll at
too slow a rate... Hey; I'm not used to QRSS-3 !! That's high speed
for me.. hi - hi: Well, I'll say that Joe's signal turned out to be 
stronger than I anticipated.. Dang it !! Live, and learn. I'll try
again another day...
