[Lowfer] Can anyone ID this UNID signal ??

Andy,

Just looking at the scale on the right of the screen...it looks like 
pretty fine resolution for QRSS3 reception. Typically, a whole screen is 
100 Hz wide. Are you sure that Spectran was set up correctly? I'd guess 
that you were seeing VX9MRC as expected.
