[Lowfer] Software to plot signal strength over a period of time

OK, That's what I am interested in locating.. I don't know what the
software is called, but I'm sure there is something available, and
someone out there in cyberworld can inform me where to find it..

I want to monitor WWVB, a good steady signal source here, and plot
their signal strength over say 24 hours, and see what happens from
daylight to dark.. But; I am curious to use the software to monitor 
the signal to see the effects of the upcoming solar activity..

If anyone will point me to a plotting software ( freeware if available )
