[Lowfer] watering hole

Monitored around 185.3 kHz most of the night. Was pleased to see the
upper WM come through immediately when I started around 0400Z. By 0515Z
the lower WM was appearing in the ARGO QRSS30, slow waterfall, along
with WMS and traces of UWL. At 0730Z WMS was strong enough to be seen in
QRSS3 bandwidth.

At 0930Z shifted tuning to look for EMP. Haven't noticed that lowfer
since Feb 9. Now I know why. Its frequency had shifted up to 185.590
kHz, placing it just below a pair of strong carriers. That masked it
from view with my usual coarse SpectraVue SDR-IQ display. Looking with
Spectrum Laboratory and a 100 Hz spread, EMP was readily apparent and
strong enough to decode CW aurally.

Spent the rest of the morning monitoring 518 kHz, where signals looked
normal.
