[Lowfer] Navtex QRM 518 kHz-more

I spoke to them this morning.  Though it went away for a while last night it
came back and was there at 7 a.m. Wed. when left to go to work.  I spoke to
them 2 hr later around 9 a.m. and was told the day technician had just
replaced a part and thought that should fix the problem.
