I noticed the interference was gone last night too, around 0400Z. The 
San Francisco station was decoding nicely and then boom, the problem was 
back. It was there most of the night but when I looked around local 
sunrise it was gone. Hopefully this time they really fixed the problem. 
VBR, Warton, ON decoded at 1313Z and the coast is still clear at 1353Z. 
Not likely to get decodes from other stations through the day but will 
look anyway to see if the interferer stays away.
