[Lowfer] 147.3 Khz RTTY coming in well tonight

I have been getting good copy on the German  Weather Service station DDH47
this evening East Coast USA.  Signal  strength is very good around 0200 UTC 
at 147.3 KHz.

MultiPSK settings of  50baud 85Hz shift are working well.

It looks like they are reporting  weather conditions at different locations
but hard to follow as the locations  are probably in relation to Germany or 
Europe.

Signal strength is running  about an S-5 on the R75.
