Hello Dex,

Consider a isolation transformer on the UPS inputs, or a line voltage 
stabilizer.
Possibly a ferro resonant isolation transformer on the AC line to the UPS.
The bigger the magnetics, the better.

Another alternative are RC networks or "snubbers" on the UPS input or 
the X-10 devices.
That would prevent the non 60 Hz energy from getting to the USP/X-10 stuff.
