Not that I can find.  A technician told me they haven't completed the 
meter change out

The short duration of the meter's data transmission causing interference 
isn't my main complaint.  I have three UPS power units that senses the 
data noise when the meter transmits causing them to alarm and switch to 
protected power.  At a rate of about 4 switching cycles per day I wonder 
how long the relays will last.  Also I begin having problems with 
several X-10 switches randomly operating on or off just after the 
utility meter was installed.  The X-10 units operate at 120 kHz.
