[Lowfer] 15.1 kHz VLF

WOW!

Here in Hawarden, Flintshire, north Wales, UK. The signal on 15.1 KHz is at
same strength as Anthorn 19.6 KHz. Skelton 22.1 KHz is on-air at normal
strength.

Happened to take a look while home for lunch and noticed that 15.1 kHz is
active. See some listings 
for VTX1 on this frequency but signal strength seems way too high ... unless
they're running super 
power. Other ideas?
