[Lowfer] "SJ" and "TAG"

Forgot to mention receiving SJ, thanks to Andy who pointed out it was 
again QRV. Status is reported through the longwave message board at 
http://lwca.org/mb/ but I don't always check that. Like Andy I saw a 
sudden dropoff of the signal on 186.8492 kHz, here around 0545Z. But 
later in the evening signal visibility returned (0700Z), though not as 
strong.
