[Lowfer] Pre-sunrise lowfer activity

EMP is coming through as well as ever seen/heard on 185.553 kHz CW. On 
185.3015 kHz QRSS60, WMS is coming through well too. Traces of UWL on 
185.302 kHz QRSS30 are evident but callsign isn't decodable. SIW locally 
on 185.2993 kHz QRSS60 is blasting through so strong that synthesizer 
spurs are evident. This all follows a good evening for NDB propagation 
to South America.
