[Lowfer] EMP and XR

Plenty of static crashes but EMP is coming through pretty well anyway on 
185.548 kHz, CW. Earlier XR was in there too on SMT-HELL but has now 
drifted above my receive passband of 186.1485 to 186.154 kHz. See both 
CFH,73.6 kHz and CKN, 76.2 kHz active this morning, but CFH is also 
still active on 137.0 kHz. HA DGPS stations in both Hagerstown, Maryland 
(454 kHz) and Sugar City (Pueblo), Colorado (458 kHz) are on too.
