Thanks Lloyd for the report on SJ. I looked last night too and saw 
signal bits below 186.849 kHz but only copied "S" a couple of times. 
 From your capture I know that was SJ.

It snowed overnight and perhaps that depressed signals or raised the 
noise floor. WMS was in there weakly on 185.3014 kHz and higher up BR 
was weaker than normal too.
