Jay and Rick,

I monitored for PBO last night after getting good decodes from TAG. Saw 
traces of signal around 1130Z on 186.1989 kHz and was going to inquire 
if anyone had a reliable, current frequency readout for PBO. Jay's 
capture answered that. Need a few more dBs of sensitivity and then the 
code should display clearly.
