TAG came into NE IL well over night too. The XO in my SDR-IQ drifts a 
bit so that's why the decode frequency varies between decode blocks. 
Built circuitry to allow external clocking from an HP8655B signal 
generator OCXO but not worth the bother. Originally tried clocking it 
with a 60 MHz OCXO but found the software gain dropped by many orders of 
magnitude. Planned to use 70 MHz instead to get closer to the nominal 
66.666 MHz rate but the software doesn't allow anything over 67 MHz. 
Will eventually get around to building a times 7, divide by 3 
mixing/filtering arrangement to directly produce 66.666 MHz
