[Lowfer] Smart Meters pwr & water

 This polling would be my main concern. I live in a fairly dense neighborhood with power lines on my west property line and my north property line. Polling could be happening all the time to meters far away from me but my property gets bathed in LF QRM. That would mostly suck.
