[Lowfer] Smart Meters pwr & water

Thanks guys. B.C. Hydro will soon be deploying some form of smart meter to 
all users in the province, starting in a few weeks. I'm holding my breath. A 
recent newspaper article mentioned some RF exposure concerns centered around 
the usual health-related issues and the Hydro spokesman's reply was that 
they need not worry as it is 'radio' and not 'microwaves' ...huh?
Some sort of PLC thing on LF? They mentioned a two-way capability for the 
signal which really has me worried. I may soon be having an LF garage sale.
