Haven't had much luck with TIL so far and chalked it up to the static that's been present most every 
morning ... so decided to have a look.

The plot below starts at 6 am local - about a half hour before official sunrise. Red speckle to blue 
speckle is in the 10 - 15 dB range. Note the 'deep blue' conditions ~ 0715 to 0745 and then the 
intermittant static picks back up making vertical lines. Not sure what causes the period of 'deep 
blue' as the Tstorms most likely causing the static have been relatively constant for a couple 
hours. Antenna is large K9AY pointed west.

MP emerges from the noise to typical daytime reception levels.
