[Lowfer] SL beacon

Overnight was rather noisy in NE IL due to storms in MO. Nonetheless, 
about 1015Z "SL" was weakly copied on 137.777 kHz DFCW. A bit later an 
"L" from "TIL" came through on 137.778 kHz DFCW. Traces from both 
stations lasted about an hour (local sunrise here is 1133Z). At the 
moment "MP", QRSS60 is coming through just above 137.780 kHz, a bit 
lower in frequency than yesterday.
