[Lowfer] MP conversion to 137779

Good morning John, JJ and Lloyd:
I started checking this morning - and found that I was in fact tuned way off frequency on the loop. I 
had forgotten the first rule of tuning this loop - and I connected the receiver this morning - and tuned across the band.  And found that the antenna was peaked around 160 kHz ! ! ! ! 
Just retuned the tuner outside now - to 137 - and double the current instantly- so I am going out again 
and re-adjusting the taps, which of course are incorrect.

I will be doing this for the next hour or so - so the signal should slowly rise out of the noise .
