[Lowfer] MP conversion to 137779

Unfortunately it's unanimous. Haven't seen anything on the new MP 
frequency in NE IL either, though in the afternoon there was "activity", 
but nothing stable so perhaps it was due to the storms to the SE. MP on 
185.301 kHz usually came through solidly even in the daytime so didn't 
expect difficulty. Did check EAR on 188.830 kHz and it was in fine 
earlier today. Right now XNS is coming in with QSB on 137.781 kHz using 
QRSS30 (at times it's clear with just QRSS3 bandwidth).
