[Lowfer] LF WSPR

I am receiving several stations with WSPR, but I have a question.  The 
WSPRnet page shows the dial frequency should be 502.4 KC but I have the 
dial set to 499.6 KC to receive.  Since I am receiving, I know the dial 
is correct, but why the difference?  I see several stations on that must 
be using the frequency from the web page and they are not receiving anyone.
