[Lowfer] Top Hat wires now angled upward

OK; I saw my mistake quite quickly with the 4 wires angleing down
to the mast. I shortened it by 5 feet electrically. So, upon the
advice of a few who understand antennas better than myself,I have
now put those 4 wires above the Top Hat, and tied them all together
at the top of the tensioning pipe, so the overall height above 
ground level is now 43 feet.

Thanks again for the help guys. I hope that's the last time I 
have to lay this antenna over ( wishful thinking ??? )
