[Lowfer] " XR " long distance groundwave reception 10-17-2010

Todd - WD4NGG put his receiving setup to the test on Sun. thru the
afternoon, and at a distance of 308 miles, and again, across the 
biggest bulk of the Smokey Mountains going in his direction; he was
getting traces of " XR " thru the afternoon. Dex gets me solid all
day at 210 miles, and I found out Sun. that " XR " is audible at
