I'm not positive the frequency shift wasn't on my end.  I'm using a 
SPM-19 SLM that has problems.  I've never seen a problem with the 
frequency accuracy but I don't trust the thing like I use to.  I've been 
wanting a R75 for many years but seems like something else always 
preempts it's purchase.  Like the AIM antenna analyzer is doing now :)

There was not much difference if any after your 12:30 change.  Below is 
a link to a capture of several hours with the 12:30 marked.
