That gives me a good reason why I saw no signals in the 1750 meter
band last night I suppose. I felt like it was a bad night to try 
out the new antenna, but tried anyway. Only the weakest of traces 
of " SIW " , and horrible noise All Night !! Noise wise, it dosen't 
look much better for tonite, as a couple of low pressure systems 
will be passing thru until mid-day on Wed. and causing possible
storms. I need to keep a better eye on the " K " Index in the future.
