[Lowfer] What do the WOLF data readings mean ??

Hi All:

I know f: is the frequency. If it is a -.000, does that mean the 
signal WOLF is seeing is on the High side of FC ??
And, I know I have asked this before, But I can't remember what
the pm: , jm: , and the 2 q: readings mean ??
