Hello Dex,

Does the noise source have a direction ?

Is the noise there 24/7 or only waking hours ? Quiet times when no one
is home ?
Some units are always ON, to allow the appliance to respond to the
infrared remote.

May have to start sniffing it out with a portable RX.

Inquire as to new appliance (TV) additions to the home.
Entirely power down the suspect home.
Watch out for battery backed up power systems for electronic items like
computers and TVs.
