[Lowfer] OT: Russian Alpha 12.09 kc being heard

Hi Steve

ALPHA was off a couple of weeks back for a day or so and came back with 
this channel now active.

Search back on the LF reflector thread Stefan makes reference to it 
along with a few others as they use it to lock their sound card osc.
