[Lowfer] OT: Russian Alpha 12.09 kc being heard

For the first time ever I'm hearing the Russian Alpha signal on 12.09 kHz 
this evening. Just a single blip from it. Have only ever heard just the 3 
standard freqs before (11.9, 12.65, 14.88). I didn't know there were other 
freqs in use, but this article mentions several other ones.
