[Lowfer] 30m QRSS beacon kit

Does anyone know how the particular frequency of 10.140 MHz. was selected 
for QRSS on 30 meters ?

Also I see Hans is going to offer kits for other bands too . Does anyone 
have any kind of list of the frequencies that have been selected for the 
different bands ??

I will probably have to order some crystals , for my homebrew beacons , 
before the kits are available , and would like to be able to order them all 
at once , if possible .
